You will be seduced by the flowered garden allowing you to relax out of sight and by the proximity of all amenities (public transport and shops on site).

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall with a cloakroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV connected to the Internet (fibre optics with wifi), a bathroom with a bath, a washbasin and a cupboard, a separate toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor, you will have at your disposal a double room (bed 140x190) and a triple room (3 beds 90x190) each equipped with a connected flat screen. Outside, you will have a closed garden with flowers, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue and a private garage equipped with a Type 1 recharging point for electric vehicles. The beds will be made on your arrival, the household linen (tea towels, hand towels, napkins) will be provided and the charges (heating and electricity) will be included in the price of the stay.
